Terms and Conditions — R Y Inc SMS Messaging

Program description. R Y Inc sends text messages regarding order support / order updates / account notifications.
Opt-in. You agree to receive messages by submitting your mobile number through our online form, in person, or by texting START to 800-494-8708. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Contact your wireless provider for details on your plan.
Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You’ll receive one confirmation message and no further texts. To rejoin, sign up again as described above.
Help. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at smshelp@recklessyouth.com or 800-945-3663.
Carriers. Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our full Privacy Policy.
Changes. We may modify these terms at any time; continued participation constitutes acceptance.
